IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS COMPANY THEN PLEASE DO. I TOOK AT £100 PAYDAY LOAN OUT WITH THEM. I WAS DUE TO PAY £125 BACK ON THE 26TH OF THE MONTH. ON THE 24TH I CONTACTED THEM TO ADVISE I HAD LOST MY DEBIT CARD & ASKED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE WAY TO PAY. THEY GAVE ME THERE BACK DETAILS. I ADVISED I WOULD PUT IN THEIR ACCOUNT ON THE 27TH. THE ADVISOR ADVISED THAT WOULD BE OK. THE PAYMENT WENT INTO THEIR ACCOUNT ON THE 27TH HOWEVER I KEPT RECEIVING EMAILS & TEXTS FROM THEM ADVISING MY PAYMENT WAS STILL OUTSTANDING. i SPOKE TO THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES & THEY SAID IT MUST BE A MISTAKE & THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEN AFTER ABOUT 6 PHONE CALLS I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO HAD ADVISED BECAUSE MY PAYMENT WAS ONE DAY LATE (ALTHOUGH THIS WAS AGREED) THEY HAVE ADDED ANOTHER £100 CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT…ALL IN ALL THEY WANT £225 FOR A £100 LOAN & THIS IS INCREASING ALL THE TIME…WHEN YOU TAKE THE LOAN THEY ARE VERY POLITE & NICE ON THE PHONE….WHEN YOU DONE AGREE TO PAY THE RIDICULOUS FEES THEY SHOUT & SWEAR DOWN THE PHONE….TRY ANY OF THE OTHER LENDERS 1ST, THEY MUST BE MORE PROFESSIONAL THEN THIS LOT!
