I tried to get a loan with only1payday over a week ago.i sent them 2 wage slips which they still claim not to have received.they keep trying to get me to fast track my application and pay £3.50 which doesn’t guarantee i will get a loan.hopeless service
Absolutely useless! Told me they would lend me £150 (which is not a vast amount) proceeded to get me to jump through hoops faxing and emailing utility bills, pay slips and also emailing all my bank details etc. Then took £1 from my account to verify it. So absolutely no reason whatsoever for me to be refused as EVERYTHING checked out.
Then received a rejection email from them. Complete waste of time pretty sure they don;t lend to anyone they just make their money from being a Debt Management Company.
Very very useless service, waited an hour to talk to someone online, sent 2 slips which they confirmed to receive and still yet no response from them cant call them….
and as said above keep trying to fasttrack my app which is exactly the same as applying. DO NOT USE!!!!
The WORST experience I have EVER had stay clear!!! They told me I had been approved and the funds had been transferred 2 days previously but when there was still no sign of them I got in touch to ask where they were. They informed me that I had been declined and they had sent mt the wrong log in details so the reason I was seeing that I had been approved was because I was looking at somebody elses details! The e-mail addresses let alone the names didnt match, massive security issues here. As I had been declined they apologised for the inconvenience nevermind that I was more concerned about my details being seen by other people as I had seen this ladys. I will be reporting this to the financial ombudsman. Please stick with reputable lenders such as Paydayuk and wonga DO NOT GO NEAR!
